Stott Pilates Certified instructor, Silvia Rodrigues, guides students through Pilates classes that help students strengthen core muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility, and relieve tension & stress.
Small group Pilates classes (maximum 4 participants) provide participants with lots of personal attention. Classes incorporate mat, reformer, & chair exercises ...as well as fitness circles, flex bands, foam rollers, toning balls etc.
