Get Started Programs are for new students and designed to provide them with a good foundation on which to build a solid Pilates practice. Our Get Started Programs are an on-ramp that helps new students get up to speed before transitioning into group classes.
Get Started Private Program:
Private Sessions are a great option for clients new to Pilates or clients who feel more comfortable in a session with one-on-one attention.
New clients usually begin with the Get Started Private Program which includes 5 Private Sessions and 5 Group Classes. Once the new student has completed 5 Private sessions, they can transition to 'regular' group classes.

Get Started Group Program
Available in the Spring, and Fall. New students participate in Get Started Group Classes that are 90 minutes in length to get prepared to transition into 'regular' group classes.
Classes are intimate with 4 participants who are all new to Pilates. Students are guided through the program to gain an understanding of the Basic Principles, and essential level exercises on the mat, reformer, and stability chair.
Once the students have completed all the Group Get Started sessions, they can transition into 'regular' group classes.
