Participate in LIVE online mat classes from the comfort of your own home through Zoom. Classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis... with a maximum of ten participants. Have your mat & props set up with the best visibility from your device. The Zoom Meeting ID and Password are sent via email 24 hours before the beginning of class.
Each week the LIVE online Zoom classes have a theme, incorporating specific props in the workout. Props used can include resistance bands, toning balls, fitness circles, paper towels, sliders, stability cushions, paper plates, foam rollers, etc. Check the Online Zoom Class Weekly Themes page for details on which props we will be using for the coming week, as well as information on where to purchase props and prop substitution suggestions.

In-person studio group Reformer classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.... with a maximum of FOUR participants ... with a minimum of three participants. In the event any particular class only has two participants signed up, participants may be required to change class times, or classes may be merged if that option is available. Each time you are scheduled to attend an in-person class, please complete the Health Screening Questionnaire BEFORE entering the studio.
