How do I book my classes?
Purchase a class pass. To reserve ANY group class, payment must be received in advance and a class pass must be on your account before booking a spot.
LIVE Online classes can be booked online at https://pilates.milleniafitness.com/current-schedule
LIVE Online classes can ALSO be booked via the app on your phone. Download the app for Apple or Android. Contact register@milleniapilates.com for your username & password.
In-person studio classes are booked by email pilates@milleniafitness.com or by text 519-857-2801
Why can't I book In-Person Studio Classes on the app or online?
In-person studio classes are limited to a maximum of four participants, which makes scheduling VERY tricky.
We always do our best to accommodate individual schedule requests, but please keep in mind that with limited class sizes, your favorite time slot may not always be available.

Online payments via credit card can be made via an electronic Square invoice. Just let me know which class pass you'd like to purchase.

When do the class passes expire?
2025 Spring 1st Term class passes are use it or lose it and must be used between Monday, March 17 and Friday , May 2, 2025
2025 Winter Term class passes are use it or lose it and must be used between Monday, January 6 and Saturday, March 1, 2025
What is the cancellation policy?
Live Online Zoom classes: Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice result in that class being deducted from your package
In-Person classes: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice result in that class being deducted from your package.
Do I have to commit to a specific class time slot?
Commitment to a particular time slot is NOT required, but we RECOMMEND that you find a day/time that works best for you to get in your workout regularly.
The students who pick a 'regular' time and book it into their calendar are more successful and see results in their health and well-being.
LIVE Online Zoom classes have a maximum of 10 participants, providing lots of opportunities for you to find a spot.
In-person studio classes have a maximum of 4 participants which means that if you cannot make your regular class, we will always do our best to find you another class to suit your schedule that week, but cannot always promise that a substitute class time will be available.
What if I cannot make it to my scheduled class?
LIVE Online Zoom classes:
Cancel your class by logging into your account at pilates.milleniafitness.com or on the app.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hour notice result in the class being deducted from your package
In-Person Studio classes:
With classes limited to a maximum of four, if you CANNOT make your booked class, please let me know ASAP via text, even if it is weeks in advance. Lots of notice is very helpful in juggling a very tricky schedule.

What happens if the studio closes due to government restrictions?
If the studio is required to close again... ALL in-person prepaid class passes will have the expiry date extended by the number of days the studio is closed.
LIVE Online Zoom classes continue.
ALL Prepaid sessions are transferable and non-refundable.
