Welcome to Millenia Pilates & Fitness 

Stott Pilates Certified instructor, Silvia Rodrigues, guides students through Pilates classes that help clients strengthen core muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility, and relieve tension & stress. 

Small group Pilates classes (maximum 4 participants) provide participants with lots of personal attention.  Classes incorporate mat,  reformer, & chair exercises ...as well as fitness circles, flex bands, foam rollers, toning balls etc.

New to the studio clients start with private sessions or a Group Get Started  Program before joining group classes. See our Get Started Page for more details.
